Rates
Space rental for dance classes etc.: between $25 and $45/hour, depending on:
1) self-serve (let yourself in with a key lockbox)
2) duration (less than vs. 2+ hours), and
3) "as-needed" vs. a recurring booking every week (minimum rental contract of 3 months).

• No self-serve, less than 2 hours: $45/hour
• No self-serve, 2+ hours: $40/hour
• Self-serve, as needed, less than 2 hours: typically $40/hour
• Self-serve, as needed, 2+ hours: $35/hour
• Self-serve, regular time slot, less than 2 hours: $35/hour
• Self-serve, regular time slot, 2+ hours: $30/hour.
